On September 19, The Charlotte Network of WITI had a triumphant event entitled BREAKING THE BARRIERS: CLIMBING THE STEM LADDER with a registration count of over 400. Wells Fargo & Company and Randstad Technologies brought together influencers and decision-makers for a collaborative discussion to reframe how we think and what we do about the gender and diversity gap in the tech sector.

Women In Technology International would like to thank all the attendees and featured speakers for the important lively conversation. Special appreciation to:

Christine Birtel, Senior Vice President, Head of Data Transformation and Marketing - Enterprise Data Technology, Wells Fargo & Company

Ivy Chin, Chief Digital and Technology Officer, American Tire Distributor (ATD)

Sharon Murphy, Executive Vice President, Head of End User & Collaboration Services - Wells Fargo Technology, Wells Fargo & Company

Kenya Hunter, Head of Global Technology Operations, NC, Vanguard

Genna Gordon, Head of Regulatory Technology and Program Executive for AML and Tax, Bank of America

Graig Paglieri, President of Randstad Technologies and Engineering, who moderated

And all those who attended.
