Based in Dallas, Texas, Agarwal has built an impressive career that spans project and program management across the United States and Europe. Her journey began at Engineers India Limited, where she worked as an engineer in the Marine Engineering Department, developing structural designs for various jetties for Bombay High Oil Platforms. This early experience laid the foundation for her technical acumen that would later evolve into leadership excellence.

When asked about the professional skills that have proven most beneficial throughout her career, Agarwal points to two critical competencies: leadership and communication.

This focus on leadership and communication has served Agarwal well throughout her impressive tenure at Infosys, where she has spent nearly 25 years climbing the ranks from Project Manager to her current role as Industry Principal. Along the way, she has managed implementation and support projects for major clients in US and Europe demonstrating versatility across Capital Markets and Retail Industries.

Currently serving as Cloud and Infrastructure Delivery Partner for Capital Market Accounts in the Financial Industry Agarwal oversees Enterprise Infrastructure, Platform, and Product Engineering initiatives, translating complex requirements into actionable plans.
