Why all of this debate about women in the startup ecosystem and what they should or shouldn't be doing? How do we eliminate preconceived notions of women in business or gender stereotypes in order to do what all of us want to do: build successful businesses and disrupt commerce? Silicon Valley is a world leader in innovation. In order to maintain this reign, we need to compel the tech industry to innovate its attitudes and biases towards women in business.
