Zassmin Montes de Oca is Executive Director and Vice Chair of Women Who Code, a global nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology careers by creating a global, connected community of women in technology. The organization tripled in 2013 and has grown to be one of the largest communities of women engineers in the world.

Zassmin is currently hacking on Lumosity and leading the expansion of Women Who Code into different countries. She enjoys solving problems, especially technical ones; refactoring and testing are her favorite parts of programming.
