McKinsey reports that gender parity would create $28 Trillion of annualized global GDP and that it could be achievable within a decade. That is the equivalent of adding 9 more USA-sized economies. That figure could solve world hunger, poverty, the clean water crisis, provide free college, and send humans to Mars and back ... on one year's worth of this new balance. "Our world needs gender equality. And we need it now."

If we’re going to create gender equality and partnership, we need to engage men in the process of changing the norms (according to our partners at Lean In). Within the next decade, male millennials will represent the majority of men in the workplace. If they are engaged, we may have a chance. If they are not, the cycle of inequity continues. So how do we make sure the next generation of men is engaged in gender partnership?

Come learn about the key areas you need to address if you want to create a culture to attract, retain, and engage the next generation of human capital in your business:

1. How to engage male millennial allies to find blind spots without shame or blame, by using the "Unconscious Bias Scavenger Hunt."
2. How to structure your workplace meetings for more equality: How to detect and correct MANsplaining, misaBROpriation, and MANopolizing.
3. Mentorship: Millennials crave it, but how do you deliver it when you're so busy, and how do you make sure you're mentoring everyone equally? Strategies and tactics that work.
