Tammy Hawkins is the Vice President of West Region for Optomi, a rapidly-growing US technology staffing company. Ms. Hawkins is a long-time advocate and leader of women in technology, and is a founding member of Women in Technology International (WITI) in Orange County, California. She is also the former Regional Alliance Chair for WITI. Ms. Hawkins currently holds the position of Alliance Partner Chair for the Southland Technology Conference (SoTeC), and has for the past six years. As a trusted advisor and resource for WITI, her company, clients and consultants, Ms. Hawkins also believes in giving back to her community through Optomi's partnership with That's Caring, dedicated to feeding children in food-insecure households.
