Ellen Leanse brings 35 years of tech experience to her coaching and advisory work with entrepreneurial companies and leaders. A veteran of early Apple, Google, Facebook application development, and three startups, Ms. Leanse has also consulted to more than 40 technology companies - early stage to global leaders including Microsoft, Intuit, Women 2.0, Oracle, and Facebook. As Apple's first User Evangelist, she led the company's earliest online outreach and community-building, connecting them to millions of customers worldwide and generating loyalty, recurring revenue, and brand value. Her work since then has focused on bringing companies and customers closer together through digital and offline innovation, mapping unique frameworks for creating value and mutual benefit.

The mother of three entrepreneurial sons, Ms. Leanse writes and speaks on innovation, gender, and ethics and is a member of Stanford's Continuing Education faculty. She serves on the board of D-Rev, a social enterprise that elevates global health and quality of life through affordable healthtech innovation. In addition to her consulting work, she coaches high-impact technology founders and executives on innovative leadership.
