Kathleen Conroy is an energetic and innovative leader with the unique ability to drive strategy and execution. She has a decade of experience in business and IT consulting for one of the world's leading professional services firms combined with years of sales leadership at one of the world's most innovative technology companies. Most recently, Ms. Conroy served as Vice President, Competitive Advantage at Juniper Networks where she built new organizational muscle to help drive growth, specifically in areas related to cloud and software, leveraging analytics and competitive intelligence.
Previously, Ms. Conroy was a sales leader at Cisco Systems where she played a variety of roles helping to crack open new markets and accelerate sales while increasing customer and partner loyalty.
As Global Sales Director for the Connected Energy Business Unit, she led sales and client relations for the Building Energy Management solution, concurrently responsible for the global sales strategy for Emerging Technologies in areas related to Smart+Connected Communities. Early in her career, Ms. Conroy served as Vice President of Sales and Customer Service for a Benchmark Capital portfolio company, and, previously, rose rapidly through the ranks to make Partner at Deloitte; her there was based on consistently exceeding client expectations, delivering against margin and revenue targets, and developing talent. Ms. Conroy holds a Master's in Public Administration from the Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government and an MBS from City University.
