Diane Chang is a Certified Professional Coach who works to advance the careers and personal lives of those who work in technology. Having been a technology professional for over 20 years, she has firsthand experience in the opportunities and challenges faced in tech and is still actively engaged as a consultant. Prior to becoming a coach, Ms. Chang was a Vice President / Senior Manager of Applications Development at the Capital Group in Southern California where she worked for over 16 years. She started her career in large consulting companies as a developer and product specialist.

Ms. Chang seeks to be the voice of encouragement, trust, growth, and achievement to those who want to make a difference, influence culture, and improve their circumstances. She is passionate about creating a positive work environment and helping others to actively develop their leadership skills. In addition to serving as WITI Regional Network Director for New York City, Ms. Chang also mentors Africa's youth through the Infinite Family global program.
