Kristiane Koontz helps banks and financial technology companies envision and execute complex business and technology transformation projects. As a management consultant at PwC she leads teams that bridge the gap between IT and the business on large-scale business and technology changes. She had led merger / acquisition programs, international market entry, product development, complex systems implementation, cost reduction, process improvement and regulatory-driven change programs for banks, payments, and financial technology companies.

Ms. Koontz is also the Founder of Internet marketing firm k2 Web Development & Marketing LLC. In addition, she is a Founder, Board Member, and current President of The CLUB - a Silicon Valley/Bay Area organization dedicated to advancing women in leadership, and is passionate about building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
