Laura Vella is a leader and trainer of coaching skills. She is currently coaching at the managerial level within Beyond 12, a non-profit organization that helps schools provide students with the academic, social, and emotional support they need to succeed in higher education. Beyond 12's mission is to dramatically increase the number of low-income, first-generation, and historically under-represented students who graduate from college.

Ms. Vella utilizes 1:1 coaching to work with her clients, seeking to influence every aspect of their lives more powerfully. Clients and workshop participants speak positively of her ability to bring levels of insight and awareness they hadn't thought possible.
