Sridevi Koneru Rao leads Cisco's core data and analytics team that drives thought leadership and execution of the digitization strategy. She is responsible for identifying and executing on growth levers that leverage IT, Operations and Go-to-Market functions across Cisco's product and services portfolio. Ms. Rao has a unique profile that spans Product Development, International Market development, Sales operations and Business development.

In her previous role, Ms. Rao was General Manager for the Wireless Business Unit for the APJC region based out of India. In this role, she developed several programs to accelerate wireless adoption in Asia and Emerging markets and led the R&D team in the region. She excels at business planning and mapping insights to decision making to enable growth strategies. Ms. Rao is very passionate about talent development to create high performance organizations. She strongly believes that high employee satisfaction leads to high customer satisfaction, and has created and led several programs within and outside Cisco to support this cause through affinity groups and technology adoption. Ms. Rao has an MS in Computer Science from SCU, California and an MBA from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania. An avid hiker, her recent accomplishments include summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Whitney. Ms. Rao is very passionate about giving back to society and is an active member of Akshaya Patra Foundation, Sankara Eye Foundation specifically oriented to address poverty and hunger for school children.
