Glennis J. Orloff is an Innovation Development Executive with a great deal of experience delivering consumer-focused technology into the marketplace. Throughout her career, she has managed organizations to identify, develop, and deliver innovative products and technology covering many industries including semiconductor, personal care, and health care.

Dr. Orloff's technology-diverse career began with the manufacturing of infrared detectors for missile guidance systems at Texas instruments. She moved into consumer products at Schick Wilkinson Sword where she invented the Schick Intuition razor which created a new billion-dollar razor category. She used this experience to start her own company in the healthcare sector which developed patented athletic apparel technology designed to protect female athletes from ACL injuries. Following that venture, Dr. Orloff was the VP of Product Development at i-Health, Inc., a consumer health and wellness division of DSM (a L9.3B life sciences and materials company) that develops, markets, and distributes branded products which support natural health and wellness. More recently, she has joined the team at Whole Biome, Inc., as Chief Operating Officer, developing novel classes of therapeutics and diagnostics that target the human microbiome to maintain and restore good health.
