Ayelet Biger-Levin has been with RSA for eight years, currently serving as Senior Manager of Professional Services. She spent her first four years with the firm as a Principal Product Manager on the identity protection and verification team, focusing on fraud prevention and detection for Web and Mobile in the consumer space. In the last four years, she has been focusing on identity and access protection for the enterprise, as the Outbound Lead Product Manager for RSA Via Access. She recently took a new role on the consumer side, leading the Professional Services team for Americas.

Before joining RSA, Ms. Biger-Levin spent seven years in various roles at IBM, including Research Engineer, Product Manager and Sales. She has a Master's in Information Systems Engineering, with a Thesis in Complex Event Processing. She is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with 15+ years of experience in the technology and information security industry.
