Rosa Javadi is responsible for leading cross-functional teams in a multitude of projects ranging from Chip-On-Board (COB) micro-electronic assemblies to complex macro-level assemblies, such as diagnostics instrumentation. Ms. Javadi started her professional career in R&D of high-technology servers, from which she moved to R&D and manufacturing of flow cytometers, specializing in DFX and design optimization. Prior to joining Jabil, she co-founded Stratedigm, a platform-based flow cytometry OEM. Ms. Javadi holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master's degree in Engineering with an emphasis in Operations, and an MBA.
