Donna Spielberg is Senior Vice President and IT Delivery Team Manager at City National Bank (CNB) in Los Angeles. In addition, she serves as Co-Network Director of WITI Los Angeles.
In CNB's technology division, Ms. Spielberg currently manages a team of project and program managers whose focus is to deliver a wide variety of technology solutions across the bank's highest priority initiatives, touching multiple business units. She works closely with business units to understand their project roadmaps and business priorities, as well as help them in early stages to fine-tune their requirements. Ms. Spielberg joined CNB in 1982; she has held several positions there, including underwriting for 15 years, followed by branching out into process improvement, project management, business analysis, risk management, and loan operations management roles.
