Women in STEM fields are still underrepresented and paid less on average than their male counterparts. However, according to recent survey data, 80% of women in STEM would recommend the field to other women. This session will leverage recent 451 Research and WITI survey results to explore how we reach parity for women in STEM in terms of representation, compensation, and opportunity. There will also be a brief audience Q&A at the conclusion of the presentation.
