He has held numerous roles throughout his career at Randstad, including Technical Recruiter and Strategic Account Manager. Today, as a Managing Director, Mr. Norris runs the Northern California recruiting and consulting operation for Randstad Technologies. His current role and responsibility includes full oversight on a 51 million dollar recruitment and consulting operation, serving both Fortune 500 companies as well as Tech Startups.
