Brad Warga is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles' San Francisco office. With a focus on human resource officers within the Global Technology Practice, he advises boards, CEOs, and investors on acquiring world-class HR leaders.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Mr. Warga served for four years as senior vice president of customer success and later as vice president of sales for Gild, an early-stage SaaS recruitment platform that was sold to Citadel LLC. Previously, Mr. Warga served as vice president of corporate recruiting at Salesforce.com from 2010 to 2012. From 2003 to 2010, he was corporate vice president of talent and employee engagement at Caesars Entertainment based in Las Vegas. He has also served in recruiting leadership roles for Price Waterhouse, Ernst & Young, and Sapient Corporation. Mr. Warga holds a bachelor of science degree in business from Rollins College.
