Susan Lucas-Conwell is a global business executive with a successful track record of driving innovation and accelerating revenue growth. Currently Executive Vice President for CSIRO, she is responsible for opening the innovation center in Silicon Valley and managing the US / North American entity. CSIRO has longstanding relationships with Global 1000 corporations and world class philanthropic institutions, as well as governmental entities that include Boeing, The Gates Foundation, DOD, The World Bank, and many more.

Previously Innovation Advisor to Siemens Technology to Business, Ms. Lucas-Conwell collaborated with internal and external teams at Siemens to deepen strategic relationships with the innovation ecosystem and help drive corporate growth through external innovation. As Innovation Advisor to KLA-Tencor, she helped structure and grow their innovation partner program. As Global CEO at Great Place to Work Institute, Ms. Lucas-Conwell re-positioned the brand and increased annual revenues by 30%. As CEO of SVForum, she established long-term relationships with corporations such as Microsoft and IBM, government entities such as Innovation Denmark and Austrade, leading venture firms such as Norwest Venture Partners and Accel, and global service providers such as PWC and Accenture. Throughout her career, Ms. Lucas-Conwell has advised hundreds of early stage startups in addition to sitting on advisory boards, and has also spoken at a TedX Youth Conference about "ordinary people doing extraordinary things."
