Ahalya Kethees is a facilitator and certified coach who works with executives and emerging leaders in the tech industry. She helps her clients add more value through a clear and compelling vision and strategy; high-performing teams; and an inspiring culture. Her Silicon Valley clients include Google, Facebook, NetApp, Oath (a Verizon company), Equinix, Amplitude Analytics, and Plaid. Before moving to the Bay Area, Ms. Kethees worked with clients from a range of industries including GE, Cadillac Fairview, Teranet, and Deloitte. She did this work as the youngest consultant at the fastest-growing human capital consulting firm in Canada.

Ms. Kethees has completed over 4,000 hours of coaching and trained over 1200 leaders on influence, communication, executive presence, and productivity. She has also interviewed and facilitated sessions with over 500 executives on their business strategies and top leadership challenges. She became a certified coach through the Coaches Training Institute in her mid-20s and brings over a decade of experience in organizational development and executive coaching to Silicon Valley's leaders. Ms. Kethees graduated from the Ivey School of Business in Canada and is an active member of the International Coaches Federation - SF Bay Area Chapter and the Forbes Coaches Council.
