Ingrid Burton is Chief Marketing Officer of H2O.ai. She has led global marketing teams to build brands, create demand, and engage and grow developer communities, recently advising several startups as a brand and demand expert. Previously, Ms. Burton was Chief Marketing Officer of Hortonworks, Inc. There, she was responsible for the Hortonworks global go-to-market strategy, overseeing all corporate product, digital, field and partner marketing functions.

Ms. Burton is an experienced marketing executive and has more than 25 years of technology marketing experience. She served as Senior Vice President of Technology and Innovation Marketing at SAP where she led marketing for a large portfolio of data and analytics products and technologies, including SAP HANA. She also served as Chief Marketing Officer at both Silver Spring Networks and Plantronics, as well as more than 15 years holding senior marketing roles as Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing at Sun Microsystems and software development roles at GTE, Megatek, and United Technologies. She is a Member of the Advisory Board at DriveScale and holds a BA in Math with a concentration in Computer Science from San Jose State University.
