Shannon Bell is the Director of Corporate Outreach and Recruitment for the Executive MBA Programs at UCLA Anderson. Ms. Bell develops strategies to drive awareness and consideration for the UCLA Executive MBA (140 students per year) and UCLA-NUS Executive MBA program (40 students per year) through various channels. She identifies and collaborates with corporations and professional organizations in order to engage with top talent managers and executives who are interested in developing their leadership skills and cross-functional business acumen. Ms. Bell also helps drive the marketing and branding of the programs and serves as a member of the admissions committee.
Prior to joining UCLA Anderson in 2017, Ms. Bell spent 11 years in the advertising industry selling traditional and digital media solutions at Google, Microsoft, and NBC. She specialized in building strategic partnerships with large entertainment brands, consulting and advising on content creation, data strategy, and audience insights. While at Microsoft and Google, she pursued her passion for bridging the gap between the private and public sectors by organizing corporate volunteer activities, and serving as an ambassador for Google Cardboard Expeditions doing educational outreach.
