Ruth Simone is dedicated to high-trust client relationships. She has collected a rich palette of leadership skills from extensive experience in managing teams for the development of office buildings in San Francisco's Financial District. Subsequently, she founded, developed, and sold her wealth management business, and launched Luminare Coaching and Consulting in 2004 to serve Silicon Valley leaders.

Ms. Simone has presented at the San Francisco Business Round Table, Microsoft's Certified Solution Partners, Right Management, and the Northern CA Business Marketing Association. She serves on the Watermark Strategic Development Board, and offers Pro Bono Advising for ASTIA's entrepreneurial teams. She is a Certified Integral Coach of New Ventures West in San Francisco, and a long-term member of the International Coach Federation. Ms. Simone enjoys mentoring, community development, and all things cultural.
