Jennifer Leung is a designer, mobilizer, and champion of digital innovation and transformation.

In her current role as Sr. Director of Innovation Labs for AppDynamics, she leads a multidisciplinary SWAT team responsible for driving and scaling the company's organic innovation portfolio including culture, product, and productivity initiatives.

Prior to AppDynamics, Jennifer held product and technology leadership roles at the National Football League, MSNBC, and NBC Sports where she brought new world-class digital experiences to life while transforming how those businesses operated. These experiences include wholesale refreshes of the NFL and MSNBC digital web properties, the launching of an exclusive 24/7 online news network, a new integrated TV and digital debate platform for MSNBC TV network, and the build and launch of the first-generation live video experience and streaming platform for Sunday Night Football, The Golf Channel, and the NHL.

She won a 2013 Sports Emmy Award - the George Wensel Technical Achievement Award - for her video production and operations work during the 2012 London Olympics and received the 2014 News Group Transformer Award from Comcast and NBC News Group's executive committee for her work at MSNBC. In 2016, she was named TVNewsCheck's Women in Technology Woman to Watch.

Jennifer graduated with honors from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
