Diane Oard is Director of Talent Management for Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies, Workers Compensation Division, one of the larger dedicated work comp insurance companies in the United States. Passionate in her belief that people are our greatest resource, Ms. Oard not only leads the recruiting efforts in sourcing for all roles within the rapidly growing company, but also is actively involved in mentorship and development of its emerging leaders. She joined Berkshire Hathaway in 2010 and served as the Director of Claims for Southern California.

Ms. Oard has over two decades of talent acquisition and organizational planning experience, primarily concentrated within insurance, banking, and real estate.
