Coach: Jane Barr
Jane Barr is a Certified Coach (PCC) and active member of the International Coaching Federation, Professional Speaker, and author of the book, “WiseWoman Leadership.” For more than 15 years Jane has been involved in training and coaching leaders, both in tactical skills such as proposal delivery, practice development for consulting teams, and teambuilding, as well as professional leadership skills development including confidence, commitment, and communications. She has also been a national presenter on behalf of retail merchandise vendor Vera Bradley and provided team communication training for companies including Jo-Ann Fabric.

Jane's coaching clients are leaders ranging from Senior Managers to CEOs with diverse corporations, including City of New York, Facebook (Now Meta), Girl Scouts of America, IBM, and The Aerospace Corporation. In addition, Jane has more than 20 years' experience as a Management Consultant. Her ability to lead teams of business and technical consultants and promote client communications enabled her to have oversight responsibility for implementation projects valued at upwards of $100 million with teams of more than 150 people. She has led technology projects for the national retail industry, including CVS, GAP, Lo-Jack, and several more.

Jane is an active member and Corporate Alliance Chair for WITI/Tampa Bay (Women in Technology International) promoting the growth of women in the technology sector. As part of her community development service, she provides coaching to MBA students at the University of Tampa. Jane has an A.A. in Theatre Arts from Stephens College and a B.A. in Communications from the University of Denver, and holds a number of certifications.
