For the past thirty years, Shaunna F. Black has provided advisory services for several different companies located throughout the world. She is currently managing partner at New Worq, LLC, a company that specializes in strategic brand protection, marketing and sales, operations, turnaround consulting, and work design. Shaunna helps business leaders solve complicated problems through confidential, strategic solutions and other services.

From 2013 to 2016, Shaunna was also managing partner at Venture Pacific Group International, LLC where she provided advisory services to clients located across the globe. Previous to that, she was a board director for YWire Technologies Inc., and from 2009 to 2013, Shauna was president of Shaunna Black Associates, which focused on start-ups, business growth, strategy, systems design, and leadership development. She was also senior vice president of manufacturing in Korea for Dongbu HiTek and vice president of Oryon Technologies.

At the time of her induction into the Hall of Fame, Shaunna was vice president of Texas Instruments, Inc., (TI), a position she held from 1995 to 2009. At TI, she was responsible for the design, construction, and operation of TI’s environmental, safety, and health programs, sustainability strategy, and Dallas Semiconductor Manufacturing.

Throughout her career, Shaunna has several accolades, including the Alliance of Technology and Women’s Lifetime Achievement Award, Maura Women Helping Women, Pink’s Top 15 Women in Business, Tech Titans Community Hero Award, Frank Bromilow Distinguished Lecturer award, and the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation’s Circle of Honor award.
