We all have difficult people in our lives at work, play or home. Sometimes we are one of those difficult people.

Difficult people come in many forms:
The volcano erupts all over everyone and the wall paper.
The bulldozer leaves tread marks down his or her victims' back.
The perfectionist finds fault with everything.
The ever-unpopular people pleaser says yes to everyone and thus is so overwhelmed he or she pleases no one.

Joan Bolmer will provide a presentation that covers general principles for dealing with these people that drive you crazy and how to tame them.

About Our Speaker(s)

Joan Bolmer has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Cincinnati. She has worked in manufacturing, retail buying, operations and training. She implemented and managed Management Development and IT Training Departments for Occidental Petroleum and Superior Oil companies. Joan has been in private practice as a business, career and personal coach, consultant and trainer since 1985.

Over her years in practice, Joan has worked with hundreds of executives, corporate managers, business owners, and technical professionals.

From South Houston

From 610 North, you will exit San Felipe/Post Oak and stay on the feeder road until you pass the light at Post Oak. The Building is the Second building on the right.

From North Houston

From 610 South, you will exit Post Oak Boulevard, make a left onto Post Oak and then a left onto the North bound feeder Road. The building is the second building on the right.

From Westpark Tollway

Take the west park tollway to Houston and exit Post Oak to the left. Take Post Oak down past the Galleria until you hit the 610 Loop just past San Felipe. Make a left onto the Northbound feeder road and we are the second building on the right. If you miss the parking garage you can take the next street and park around back.

When you arrive at the building please park in visitor parking, check in with security and come to the 8th floor to NetIQ's Training Center. If visitor parking is full please take the Northbound feeder road to the first street past the building and make a right. Take a right just past the motor bank into the visitor parking. After 6:00 you will need an escort to get to the 8th floor, someone will be in the lobby to assist. If you have problems please call Jennifer Trevino at 713-376-1124.
