If you are not on or leading virtual teams, it is only a matter of time. Today's organizations need people who are skilled and effective leaders of virtual teams across business, cultural and geographic boundaries. Results of experience, research, and interviews of leaders of virtual teams across industries and varying company sizes will be shared. The emphasis is on virtual leadership practices not virtual software.
