• how e-discovery is changing the court system • the economic impact of discovery on your business

• information privacy issues

Larry Stuart will provide historical background about how discovery has evolved to meet the changing needs of the courts and parties using the federal courts to resolve disputes.

The Honorable Lee H. Rosenthal Judge Rosenthal has served on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas since 1992.
