About Our Speaker(s)

Mary Tanner Wilson serves as Manager, Online Marketing at TXU Energy and has had a diverse career ranging from management roles in online marketing and customer operations to marketing/sales and corporate strategy.

Mary holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University and an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Strategic Leadership from Southern Methodist University. In 2011, Mary began writing for Forbes.com, blogging on personal and career development, networking and women's issues.

Debbie Langford is the Job Resource Consultant for the Southern and Southeast Markets of Right Management, servicing the states of Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi and Tennessee. As the Job Resource Consultant (JRC), Debbie serves as a connection point between the local business community and Right Management outplacement candidates through job development. This entails sharing job leads through Right’s job bank as well as through exclusive LinkedIn groups for Right candidates. She believes networking is vital to a successful job search, so she coordinates monthly networking events such as Employer Spotlight Events, Power Networking Sessions, Recruiter Panel Discussions, Career Fairs, and bringing in guest speakers who are experts on various job search subjects.

Assisting candidates and Right Management Business Development Consultants with industry and company research is also part of Debbie’s various job duties. She finds it rewarding to work with individuals to customize a desired outcome through researching a variety databases and online resources. Debbie also conducts live and webinar training sessions on Leveraging Social Media in the Job Search and Advanced LinkedIn job search strategies.
