Dave is a pioneering figure in technology, known for his work in modern game design, artificial intelligence, and augmented reality, with a passion for reshaping how businesses operate and maintain strong cultures as they grow. In this session, Dave will dive into the concept of Vector Money and how it can transform company culture and values, even in a rapidly scaling environment.

As companies grow, they often struggle to maintain the values that originally defined their culture. Dave will explore how cutting-edge technologies like augmented reality and artificial intelligence, along with principles from game design, can break through the barriers that challenge company culture during periods of rapid growth. These innovations hold the promise of helping businesses maintain their values, or "vector money economy," while expanding�"and may even offer solutions to the global challenges of scalar money commerce.

Dave is best known for his work as one of the original programmers behind the iconic video games "Doom" and "Quake." His extensive career includes serving as an engineer, researcher, producer, teacher, and advisor. He helped launch Transmeta’s IPO with a demo that achieved a $5B market cap in its first week, advised Allegorithmic (now part of Adobe), and played a pivotal role in shaping the Game Design program at the Academy of Art University. Most recently, he served as CTO of Blue Vishnu, where he developed advanced 3D character and avatar scan technology.

Dave's innovative thinking pushes the boundaries of how modern game design and technology can evolve commerce and governance toward a more sustainable, vector money economy.
