Doreen Marchetti, Vice President of Channels and Strategy at WITI, is a dynamic sales leader with over 37 years of experience at IBM. Throughout her career, she has held global roles in sales, marketing, channels, business development, operations, finance, and product management, gaining deep insights into diverse business models and leadership styles. Her journey has been shaped by collaboration with exceptional colleagues and partners.
Doreen's early dream of becoming a math teacher evolved into roles in sales enablement, education, and consulting. At Global Knowledge, she grew the channel business from 10% to 85% year-over-year during the pandemic. As Co-chair of Women's Advancement ESG at Skillsoft, she hosted inspiring talents, fostering future performances.
Her personal life demonstrates resilience and compassion. As the primary caregiver for her mother with Parkinson’s and supporting her husband, a three-time cancer survivor, Doreen values patience, humor, and gratitude. She cherishes family traditions, especially cooking, and enjoys time with her sons and their dog, Tanger.
Doreen's passion for igniting enthusiasm, enriching cultures, and energizing teams continues to drive her impactful work at WITI. Her journey is a testament to lifelong learning and heartfelt connections.
