Tripti Sethi empowers young girls and women to enter technology fields and leadership positions. As an Executive at Avanade, she has 18+ years of experience in analytics, data science, artificial intelligence (AI), and consulting across multiple domains and industries. She currently leads Avanade's North America Data & AI business, which is the fastest growing business at Avanade with a $300M+ portfolio.
In her Executive role, she works in close partnership with regional leadership teams and is responsible for financial and non-financial performance metrics including sales, revenue, project delivery, specialized skill, and capability development. Through gathering marketplace insights, Tripti shapes the requirements for solution offerings, in particular pivoting Avanade to more AI, IoT, and industry and automation led offerings.
Tripti's prior experiences at Avanade include leading Avanade's global Azure Center of Excellence which houses our Global Data & AI CoE and is comprised of a 100+ team members with intelligent cloud skills ranging from infrastructure, application & software development, data engineering, solution architecture, visualization, data science, and cognitive automation skills.
Tripti started her career in the insurance industry prior to moving to consulting. At Capgemini, she set up and grew the Invent offshore analytics practice from 1 to 1500+ people in the span of 2 years. In addition, she had experience in Data & AI pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery experience.
Tripti is an experienced public speaker on topics around diversity & inclusion, Machine Learning, and AI & IoT. Her passion is leading a diverse and inclusive team with cutting edge skills that focuses on innovation and technology to make a genuine human impact. She has implemented this leadership approach throughout her global experiences living and working in the UK, Netherlands, India, and the US.
