Fronzetta recently managed the largest technological staffing initiative ever for the company and also played a key role in the SunTrust reorganization of its Human Resources Division. She acts as liaison between the technical lines of business and the Employment Division to ensure that SunTrust has the technical human capital needed to drive their business initiatives. She was a former Personnel Officer and Recruiter at Wachovia Bank prior to joining SunTrust six years ago. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from St. Leo College in Florida.
