Coaching Topic: Fight Impostor Syndrome to Boost Your Confidence & Career

Do you attribute your success to luck or timing?
Do you sometimes feel undeserving of your role?
Do you ever worry that you'll be exposed as a fraud?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may be one of the many women who struggle with Impostor Syndrome. At one time or another, virtually every professional will experience challenges with confidence. You may doubt your ability to perform a specific role or function, question the value of an idea you'd like to share, or hesitate to connect with another colleague or leader.

While confidence dips are normal, if not managed effectively, they can prevent you from reaching your full potential. Confidence issues can also undermine an organization's ability to fully develop and leverage its women leaders. This coaching circle will empower you to address key confidence challenges and better manage Impostor Syndrome.
