Christine Birtel, Senior Vice President, Head of Data Transformation and Marketing - Enterprise Data Technology, Wells Fargo & Company

Christine is responsible for managing the technology data transformation from current to target state architecture at Wells Fargo. Additionally, Christine serves as President of the Women's Team Member Network supporting an International footprint spanning 8 regions, 58 chapters and 34,000 members. Prior to her current role, Christine was head of Campaign Data Solutions for the Marketing Execution group and before that head of Wholesale Internet Customer Insights, responsible for bringing together both quantitative and qualitative insights to drive holistic, data-driven decisions.

Christine has thirteen years of experience in financial services, and 20 years overall with similar roles in consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical, and market research organizations. Her key accomplishments include leading customer-driven innovations, obtaining several patents, and developing an Analytics Toolkit to help internal Wells Fargo partners segment and identify analytics team member pain points.

Christine holds master's degrees in both experimental psychology and quality and applied statistics. Her work has been featured in Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Business Week, Silicon Angle, and InformationWeek, and she has had speaking engagements at financial services, analytics, and technology conferences. Christine is a member of the UNC Charlotte Data Science and Business Analytics Advisory Board.

Ivy Chin, Chief Digital and Technology Officer, American Tire Distributor (ATD)

Ivy focuses on unifying ATD's technology and digital ecosystems, including the business-to-consumer TireBuyer.com platform. Ivy and her team are developing and activating the tools that enable ATD's continued digitization to deliver an unsurpassed, digitally enabled associate and customer experience.

Ivy has an extensive retail digital background - she previously served as Senior Vice President, Digital at PetSmart Inc. Prior to that role, she served as Senior Vice President of Ecommerce and Omnichannel Digital for Belk Inc. for nearly seven years. Prior to her time at Belk, she served 14 years in various e-commerce and IT roles at QVC Inc. in West Chester, Penn.

Ivy's honors include National Diversity Council's "Most Powerful Women in Tech," Chain Store Age magazine's "Top 10 Women in Retail Tech," Charlotte Business Journal's "Women in Business" and Drexel University's "Alumni Circle of Distinction Award." Ivy serves on the board for Charlotte non-profit Leadership Charlotte.

Sharon Murphy, Executive Vice President, Head of End User & Collaboration Services - Wells Fargo Technology, Wells Fargo & Company

Sharon's organization, End User & Collaboration Services, is dedicated to delivering technology solutions focused on improving the overall productivity and team member experience for the 250,000+ team members at Wells Fargo. She has over 30 years of technology experience and is very active in technology-based initiatives within Wells Fargo and within the community. Sharon's many efforts include early-childhood STEM education, serving as a judge for various technology competitions, mentoring and participating in hackathons. She also held the role of Chair for the WF Enterprise IT Diversity Council responsible for developing the Diversity & Inclusion strategy for 24,000+ technology employees.

She is currently the Corporate Board Member representing Wells Fargo for the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) and in 2018 Sharon was named one of the "50 Most Influential Women in Charlotte." Additional awards and recognition include: Technology All-Star" by Women of Color Magazine; Bank Systems & Technology - Class of 2014 "Elite 8 Technologists"; National Black Data Processors Association Award recipient for "Outstanding Technical Contribution"; and she is a Co-Inventor on an awarded Patent for "Methods and systems for managing mobile call reports for the financial services industry."

Kenya Hunter, Head of Global Technology Operations, NC, Vanguard

Kenya is an IT executive with nearly 25 years of experience in IT. Over the course of her career, Kenya has had an opportunity to serve and lead in a variety of different roles across IT and other critical business lines. Currently, Kenya leads IT Business Continuity and Recovery Operations at Vanguard and is responsible for leading and defining the strategy and vision for the Recovery Services function, ensuring that the Vanguard Enterprise has the ability to run and recover seamlessly in the case of a contingency or disaster scenario event.

Prior to this role, Kenya has been a former developer, software tester and served in many leadership roles in Software Testing and Application Development. She has led and implemented several Big Rock Initiatives, including the inaugural development and release of Vanguard's Mobile App and Responsive Web Design for the Institutional Investor Group Division. Kenya served as a Senior Manager for IIG, where she led Digital Strategy and was responsible for defining the strategic vision for all digital channels for the IIG Business.

Kenya is an active member of several CRG's (Crew Resource Groups) at Vanguard, including WILS (Women in Leadership Service) and WILS IT. She is the Lead for the Vanguard Black Professional Development CRG in NC as well. Additionally, Kenya is a passionate sponsor, advocate and coach to many crew at Vanguard. She is a strong believer in reaching back to those who come behind her, sharing her lessons learned and experiences in order to pave the way for others at the table.

Genna Gordon, Head of Regulatory Technology and Program Executive for AML and Tax, Bank of America

In Genna's role, she focuses on the execution of GBAM technology delivery for AML and Tax programs at Bank of America. Most recently, Genna led the Volcker program that included regulatory and internal audit engagement, executive reporting, governance, as well as management of the Program Office. After joining the Bank six years ago, Genna led the Regulation W program for Corporate Audit as well as developed and implemented an independent testing framework for Dodd-Frank.

Prior to joining Bank of America in 2012, Genna was the Global Chief Operating Officer for Morgan Stanley's Institutional Securities Documentation group within Sales and Trading, where she led a number of regulatory projects. Genna also led Morgan Stanley Technology's Assessment and Regulatory Compliance programs, was part of the Financial Holding Company transformation efforts, as well as implementation of the Operational Risk Framework and Sarbanes Oxley compliance programs. This included design and execution of the Risk Control Self-Assessment, Internal Loss Data, Scenario Analysis, and Key Risk Indicator Programs.

Genna has over twenty years of Financial Services experience in Front Office, Technology Operations, Operational Risk, Control Framework design, and SOX. Genna is a Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) and is a Certified Controls Specialist (CCS).

Moderator: Graig Paglieri, President of Randstad Technologies and Engineering

As president of Randstad Technologies and Engineering, Graig Paglieri is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the Randstad Technologies and Engineering brands. In addition, Graig leads Randstad's central delivery team, whose charge is to develop disruptive and industry-leading delivery capabilities and technology-enabled business models.

Previous to his current role, Graig served as Randstad's chief innovation officer and was committed to driving continuous transformation into an increasingly digital and technology-driven organization. While his start in the staffing industry was over a decade ago, Graig's first career was with the U.S. Marine Corps, which provided him with the unique ability to develop leadership capabilities and enhance decision-making skills and dexterity - all of which he applies today. Graig holds a bachelor's degree from Boston College and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
