About Deborah House …
Ms. House is the CEO of The Adare Group, a business strategy and profitability consulting firm headquartered in the Chicago area. She is a recipient of the 2003 Influential Women in Business Award and has been featured on CLTV, “Your Money”.

A CPA, Ms. House brings a wealth of experience from numerous executive positions and consulting work with companies like McDonald’s, Amoco, GATX, Fifth-Third Bank. Over her professional career, Ms. House has worked with many CEOs to increase profits by record amounts. She has also coached numerous executives to increase their business and financial acumen so they can be better equipped to solve their company problems quickly and profitably.

A widely published author, her articles in major business publications such as The Journal of Business Strategy and American Venture, Entrepreneur Magazine, and Board Source.

Jeff Hudson is Director, Business Solutions - Outsourcing. In this position, he leads and directs teams responsible for identifying and implementing business process outsourcing opportunities. Previously, Jeff has lead teams in the development of shared service centers, identification/realization of profit improvement opportunities, identification of strategic plans, and execution of various six sigma projects. He joined CNA in May 1998.

Prior to joining CNA, Jeff was Controller/Treasurer for the Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation where he was responsible for all financial operations and related functions. Earlier, he served as Vice President/Controller for United Insurance Company of America. Jeff started his career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with KPMG in their insurance practice. He held various roles of increasing responsibility, leaving the firm as a Senior Audit Manager.

Jeff serves as the executive vice president of Financial Executives International’s Chicago Chapter and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Executive Networking Group of Greater Chicago. He is a graduate of Dickinson College (BA) and Emory University (MBA).
