Myriam Le Cannellier, Co-Founder & Director, DSML Executive Search, Inc.

Myriam Le Cannellier is the co-founder and Director of DSML Executive Search Inc, a search firm specialized in recruiting local talent for the US operations of European companies, mainly French.

Ms. Le Cannellier started her career in France where she worked in different Marketing and Communication positions, in multinational companies, from Brand Manager (Nestlé) to Corporate Communication Director (Steelcase). She later relocated to Argentina and obtained her international executive search experience at a local prominent firm, Bertoni y Asociados, where she recruited managers for the local subsidiaries of European companies.

After five years in Buenos Aires , she moved to Florida facing again the challenges of a new relocation. She hired a coach to assist her in defining her career objectives, while discovering the personal benefit of volunteer work in a non-for profit bilingual school, Lycée Franco-Américain International School . Ms. Le Cannellier created My Next Path not long before moving to Chicago where she currently resides. She always kept in mind to pursue her passion for recruitment and when the opportunity arose, she co-founded DSML Executive Search in 2007.

She has managed assignments for very diverse clients and a variety of positions : clients list include Industrial group Vallourec, Retailer Casino, Utility Company Gaz de France and Electricite de France, Comverse Network Systems, L’Oréal as well as small/medium sized companies. Searches were middle management position in sales, operations, finance, HR, marketing and legal.

Myriam Le Cannellier holds a degree in Engineering, Agronomy from ENSFA ( Rennes , France ) and a Master in Marketing from HEC School of Management ( Paris , France ).
