Outside of Wiretap, Sarah is passionate about the cross-section of business and community. Sarah serves on the board of the Dublin Community Foundation, which connects mission-oriented donors with impact-focused organizations in the community. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and resides in Dublin, Ohio with her husband and puppy.

Michael Fulton

Michael Fulton is an Associate Vice President, heading up the Technology Innovation team at Nationwide. He came to Nationwide January of 2017. Prior to joining Nationwide, Mike ran the Americas Division of CC&C Solutions, a global boutique Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy consulting and training company. He also want Chief Digital Officer of the parent company and lead 11 different engagements worldwide in 20 months.

Mike also spent almost 20 years at Procter & Gamble, where he did almost every job in IT, including head of Cloud Architecture, head of IT4IT Architecture, head of EA Capability, and head of Strategic IT Cost Optimization. He is certified in TOGAF 9, TOGAF Essentials, IT4IT, Cloud Architecture, and ITIL; is accredited to train both TOGAF and IT4IT; is an adjunct faculty member at The Ohio State University teaching Systems Analysis and Design; represents Nationwide in the RiskBlock Alliance; and currently serves as co-chair of the Open Group IT4IT forum, an industry wide standards body for managing the business of IT.

Fun facts about Mike, he has traveled to 13 different countries (Haiti, Mexico, Costa Rica, England, France (airport), Switzerland, United States, Canada, Mexico, India, Bahamas, Netherlands, Cayman Islands; not including the world tour at Epcot in Disney) and once participated in a World Series.

Kimberly Clavin
VP of Engineering
LOOP by Pillar

Kimberly is the VP of Engineering for LOOP by Pillar (an Accenture Industry X.0 company). Kimberly holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering and is called the "Connector of Things" as her focus is creating digital experiences that bring together people, places and products.

Using her previous experience in the corporate and education sector, she develops strategies for applications of embedded solutions in wearables and useful products for people of all ages. Her passion for all things smart and connected plays into her work on LOOP - a test framework used as a velocity multiplier for Pillar Technology's embedded development engagements.

Outside of work Kimberly spends her time rollerskating, playing soccer, tinkering with Techno-Fashion and has a passion for immersing others into the world of bedazzled technology.

Callie Busby
Development Consultant
Pillar / Accenture

Callie Busby is a Columbus Ohio native with five years of software development experience.

As a development consultant, she writes applications for clients and provides coaching to client development teams. She has a wide variety of experience in software and technology.

She currently works for Pillar Technology part of Accenture Industry X.0. She graduated from Capital University with a B.A. in computer science and economics.

As the former leader of her company's diversity group, Callie is passionate about furthering inclusion in computer science.

Mike Hall
Software Artisan
Pillar

Mike Hall is currently a Software Artisan at Pillar Technology for the last year.

Previously he worked at Nationwide Insurance as a developer for 7 years.

While at Nationwide he mostly did a mixture of Java web in Struts2/Spring/Angular, as well as developing REST web services also in Java.

Since then he's dabbled in C#, DevOps, and VR.

Bill Ruane

Bill Ruane is a Software Artisan at Pillar Technology.

Before joining Pillar, Bill was a postdoctoral researcher at The Ohio State University Physics Department investigating tunable-generation and detection of spin waves in ferromagnetic materials.

Robert Brennan

Robert Brennan has over 10 years of experience dedicated to helping Ohio businesses better understand how to leverage innovative technology.

Robert currently serves as the Market Vice President of Central Ohio for Expedient. In his role Robert sets strategic direction for his team to help Ohio businesses understand how managed IT infrastructure and cloud services can enhance operational agility, mitigate risks, and control costs.

Robert received his undergrad from the University of Toledo and his MBA from Ohio Dominican University.

He resides in Powell with his wife, daughter, and dog Layla.

Jordan Davis
Director, Smart Cities
Columbus Partnership

Jordan Davis is the Director of Smart Cities at the Columbus Partnership. Instrumental in the City of Columbus' winning U.S. Department of Transportation's Smart Cities Challenge Grant, Jordan serves on the leadership team spearheading the strategy and collaboration for the joint venture of Smart Columbus.

During her time at the Partnership, she has led the member and community affairs portfolio, curating educational leadership programs for the Region's top business leaders. Additionally, she helped to reinvent the town-gown relationship with The Ohio State University, incepting Columbus' Student Engagement Strategy, a first of its kind initiative focused on retaining students post-graduation.
