Bill leads AT&T’s Network Planning & Engineering organization and will give you a glimpse into the future of technology & how to prepare yourself for it both personally & professionally. Bill is responsible for the wireline and wireless network engineering functions. He manages the multi-billion dollar network capital plan and is sometimes charged with integrating acquired assets into AT&T. In this role, his responsibilities range from expanding and increasing the capacity of AT&T’s 3G mobile broadband network, to designing customized antenna solutions for venues and delivering U-Verse advanced TV to additional homes. Bill was appointed to his current position in November 2008.

Previously, Bill served as President of Mobility Network Operations, where he oversaw all phases of wireless network engineering, construction activities, operations and maintenance from an end-to-end perspective, ensuring wireless customers continued to receive the highest quality of service across the entire footprint.

Bill holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as an MBA from the University of South Florida.
