Kimberly Davis is the Founder/Director of OnStage Leadership, an authentic leadership company operating in Dallas (and soon NY!) that works with emerging leaders from purpose-driven/people-centered organizations, small business owners who are committed to “doing good to do well”, and executives in transition who want to create meaningful next chapters.

OnStage Leadership Graduates are making a difference in companies including: Slalom Consulting, TGI Fridays, Johnson & Johnson, Neighborhood Credit Union, Viveare, Best Buy, Experian, and many others. Kimberly is also external faculty for SMU’s Cox School of Business’ Executive Education Program, teaching Authentic Influence, Impactful Communication Skills, and Executive Presence for their Certificate of Management and Certificate of Leadership programs.

Most recently she has had the honor of teaching Authentic Influence and Influence without Power for the Bush Institute’s Women’s Fellowship program.
