Beena Ammanath is an award winning senior digital transformation leader with extensive global experience in Artificial Intelligence, big data, data science and IoT. Her knowledge spans across e-commerce, financial, marketing, telecom, retail, software products, and industrial domains with companies such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, GE, Thomson Reuters, British Telecom, Bank of America, e*trade and a number of Silicon Valley startups. She is the founder and CEO of nonprofit, Humans For AI Inc. She serves on the Industrial Advisory Board of Cal Poly University . She has co-authored the book " AI Transforming Business ".

Beena has been honored several times for her contribution to tech and her philanthropic efforts, including the San Francisco Business Times' 2017 Most Influential Women in Bay Area , WITI's Women in Technology Hall of Fame , National Diversity Council's Top 50 Multicultural Leaders in Tech , CIO.com and Drexel University's Analytics 50 innovator, Forbes Top 8 Female Analytics Experts and Women Super Achiever Award from World Women's Leadership Congress.

Gita Asuti, Sr. Director, Talent Management, is responsible for leading the vision, strategy, development and implementation of organizational effectiveness, talent management and professional development programs. She has over 17 years of experience in the field of HR and has worked in multiple industries including, Software, Hardware, Pharmaceutical as well as Oil & Gas. She has an MBA with specialization in HR.

Aravinda Gollapudi is Vice President of Engineering at Ellie Mae. She is responsible for consumer products division at Ellie Mae driving the mortgage experience. She brings over 19 years of experience in technology with expertise in mortgage, fintech, travel and security industries. Prior to Ellie Mae, she led leadership positions at Intuit, Rearden Commerce, Sidestep and VeriSign. She has dual masters in the fields of Computer Engineering and Physics and is an avid advocate for women in technology.

Tauseef Rahman is a Principal in Mercer's Workforce Strategy & Analytics practice. He is responsible for developing and delivering projects which enable organizations for growth through the use of analytics which combine engagement, career, and rewards information.

Currently based in San Francisco, he has also been based in Mercer's Los Angeles, Dubai, Melbourne, and Houston offices.

Some of his recent projects include the integration of an annual pay equity analysis into a company's yearly business cycle for a global consumer technology company, and an employee survey using conjoint analysis which resulted in changes to parental benefits at a national financial services company.

Tauseef has presented at the annual conferences of WorldatWork Total Rewards and National Association of Stock Plan Professionals on the use of analytics in pay.

Pooja Jmath is Sr. Director for Digital Customer Experience. She has been with Blue Shield of CA (BSC) for 4 years in various leadership roles ranging from leading IT strategy to defining our vision to becoming trusted advisors for BSC members. In her current role, she is responsible for BSC's digital member capabilities and defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap. Prior to BSC, Pooja worked at Ernst & Young in their IT Advisory practice and advised wide variety of clients and industries to deliver professional services (including: technology strategy, program advisory, operational risk, process and controls), and business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
