Come learn from persuasion skills expert Margaret Anderson how to use improved persuasion skills to defuse animosity and reach consensus.

Margaret E. Anderson is an expert in negotiation and communication skills. Since 1992, she has trained and consulted for major corporations, domestic and foreign law firms, and professional organizations. She has taught negotiation and general, intercultural and intergender communication for the University of Houston’s MBA program. Her classes have been taped and televised as part of the University of Houston’s distance learning program. Margaret has also lectured in Southwest Texas State University’s graduate program for paralegal studies. She designed and teaches a course in Interpersonal Persuasion for the Rice University School of Continuing Studies.

Margaret has a B.A. in mathematics from the University of St. Thomas and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law. She has studied basic and advanced negotiation in Harvard Law School’s Program of Instruction for Lawyers and has taken a number of dispute resolution courses.
