Antonio Marin is the Vice President of Information Systems at WCA. His career spans more than 20 years in IT with experience in strategic planning, business alignment, mergers and acquisitions, operations excellence, software development and project management.



Klara Jelinkova is the Vice President for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at Rice University. She is responsible for strategic technology issues ranging from governance, policy and resource allocation to protocol and organization. She represents the university's information technology interests regionally and nationally.



Jesse Carrillo is the Senior Vice President and CIO at Hines. He is responsible for directing all corporate technology, strategy and standards for Hines worldwide. At Hines since 1994, he previously assisted in the implementation of the firm's accounting and property management software, held the lead IT role in the Enterprise Resource Planning implementation, and led the application development team until taking over as the head of Information Technology in 2007.

Reenie Askew is the Deputy CIO for the City of Houston, responsible for leading the Enterprise Application Services Division. She's a Business Technology leader with over 20 years of experience leading teams through technology and business process change initiatives. Reenie builds and directs project teams with diverse backgrounds and experience, to enhance technology and business process performance. Prior to joining the City of Houston, Reenie worked for Sysco Corporation where she was a key leader responsible for SAP business transformation, Manager Service implementation, and various enterprise solution deployments.

Larry Hackis the Senior Vice President Technology at Crane Worldwide Logistics. He spent the last 28 years in small to large companies successfully implementing established and emerging technologies. He grew up in a family business which gave him an entrepreneurial spirit. Prior to joining Crane Worldwide Logistics Larry was the CIO for Blinds.com, acquired by The Home Depot in 2013. He was VP of Development for JPMorgan Chase in the Institutional Trust department and held other positions at Enron Energy Services, Bank United, National Australia Bank, and FiServ.

Larry has been featured in ComputerWorld Magazine for a children's banking kiosk and has appeared on many television shows presenting products. He began his career in the family's furniture refinishing product business, QRB Industries, and has appeared on several television shows promoting their products.
