Doug Waggoner is President of Resolution PI, a consulting firm that partners with business leaders, enabling them unleash the incredible potential of their people.
Doug has twenty years of management experience, most of which was spent turning around struggling businesses, having worked in small shops, mid-sized companies, and large corporations. In 2003 he “accidentally” became a consultant, and in January 2005 founded Resolution PI. Although a seventh generation Kentuckian, Doug was raised on a small farm in the hills of Southern Indiana. His education includes a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University and an MBA in Operations Management and Organizational Behavior from the Marriott School of Management at BYU.

Most importantly, we’ll learn simple strategies for lessening that conflict and more fully enjoying our daily work.
