Kim Marle currently serves as Las Vegas Sands Corp (NYSE:LVS) Vice President, IT Governance. Ms. Marle is part of the senior IT leadership team and is responsible for LVS’ global delivery strategy in North America, Macau, and Singapore. Ms. Marle sets governance strategies, policies, and processes for project delivery, IT finance, and quality assurance for all technology initiatives at LVS with an emphasis on developing the framework for consistent standards across all LVS properties worldwide. She has been with the Company for 3 years and, prior to her transition into the IT business unit, served in the business as a catalyst for process change.

Ms. Marle is currently the program manager leading a global organizational transformation initiative which will improve the organization’s ability to effectively and efficiently deliver world-class services across all global sites. She has begun the process of instituting an IT Governance and Standards model to create a consistent process for the prioritization and execution of global technology initiatives across the entire business.

Ms. Marle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, with an emphasis on business education, at the University of Memphis.
