It's estimated that over 70% of the information technology initiatives started by companies are either never successfully deployed or fail to provide the value that was anticipated by the business when they initiated the project. This gives CIOs and IT folks headaches, and a bad reputation.

Kevin Kreitman has spent her life fascinated by how to make things work - organizations, machines and life itself. After earning degrees in Cybernetic Systems (the study of control in complex systems), Systems Science/Industrial Engineering, she developed a core of methods and tools to help organizations be more effective, which she used to teach, consult and mentor people and organizations in private enterprise, military and government and small business.
She has what might be called a checkered past - in addition to over 10 years in corporate consulting and training, her prior experience includes six years as university faculty, a year as a professional motorcycle mechanic, three years as an over-the-road trucker, two years as a professional musician and several years in small business operations, management, and administration.
This varied experience has led her to develop and share survival and success skills for life transitions with her students and colleagues. She has a rare gift for cutting to the heart of complex problems, and presenting actionable understanding that lead to results for organizations and individuals alike.
