Join us as we host a panel of experts who will assist us in navigating the waters with regard to Financial Planning for the Future. Special attention will be paid to the unique considerations and concerns women must exercise to assure themselves of an optimal financially sound future.

We are assembling a diverse panel of industry experts including a Wealth Management Advisor, a Trust Attorney, a Benefits Administrator and Insurance Advisors to hear their insights.

In practice since 2007, Lisa Aminnia assists clients in drafting Wills, Trusts, and other estate planning documents. Her niche is in working with clients going through a time of transition, namely those who have recently gotten married or divorced, purchased real estate, and had children. As a National Merit Scholar, she holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from UCLA in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting. She earned her Juris Doctor graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she served as an Editor of the nationally acclaimed Dispute Resolution Journal and received the American Jurisprudence Award.

Lisa is a member of the State Bar of California, as well as the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. She is also an active member of TEN (The Esquire Network), an attorneys-only networking group where she moderates the Sherman Oaks meeting, and JNET, a Jewish business networking organization where she is the President of the Woodland Hills chapter and is a past member of the Board of Directors. She is a Notary Public and also acts as Vice President of Pointer Corporation, a local software consulting company. Lisa has had clients throughout California and often travels to people's homes or offices for consultations, reviews of past estate planning documents, and in-home seminars to teach people about the Probate process, the benefits of living trusts, and why it is beneficial to plan in advance.

Patricia D. Hausknost serves as Senior Vice President and Wealth Planner for City National Bank's Private Client Services. As part of the Wealth Planning group, Patricia provides comprehensive financial planning services to City National clients, including entrepreneurs, professionals, businesses and their families. Patricia has over 40 years of financial services experience, the last 18 of which have been with City National. Previously she worked for TD Bank, HSBC, Regions Bank, Wells Fargo Bank and Northern Trust Bank. Prior to joining Wealth Planning, for 20 years she assisted real estate investors and developers in building their wealth, and before that, in international banking.

Patricia obtained her CFP designation in 2006 and her CTFA designation in 2015. She has been an instructor in UCLA's Personal Financial Planning program since 2008 and is a founding member of their Advisory Board. Mrs. Hausknost received her MBA from Loyola University in Chicago and has a BA from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Patricia is the Cabinet Chair of United Way of Greater Los Angeles Women Leaders and a member of United Way Worldwide National Women Leaders Council, the Chair of the Advisory Board for the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences at the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a member of the Financial Planning Association.

Michelle Rudo has spent the last 17 years earning her practical financial education as a real estate investor, jewelry design business owner, stock trader, Amazon retailer, and many hours reading any entrepreneurial book she could get her hands on.

In 2015, she became a financial professional working for Transamerica / World Financial Group in order to share her passion of providing a strong financial foundation to others.

Michelle is grateful to have spent 20 plus years mentoring others through: Big Sisters of Los Angeles; DIRECTV’s Women’s Executive Leadership Mentoring program; STEM Advantage; and a variety of other volunteer programs.

Fran Schwartz, Director, Health & Welfare and International Benefits, Fox Entertainment Group, Inc.

Fran Schwartz is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the area of benefits administration and compliance for medium to large global organizations, including Fox Entertainment Group, The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated, and Northrop Grumman. She has overseen and managed the design, implementation and administration of various domestic and international Health and Welfare plans including but not limited to major medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, and voluntary benefits.

As the Director of Health & Welfare and International Benefits at Fox Entertainment Group, Fran focuses on managing compliance activities and governance for Health and Welfare plans. She also project manages new benefit implementations and annual enrollment.
